Nakis Enterprises specializes in determining the current market value of a real estate property. Their site is built for customers only. Once a customer signs up and receives a user account they may log in. While logged in a customer can submit information on a property using a sophisticated PHP form which checks user input to make sure all required fields are filled in. Upon logging in customers get a list of properties that are awaiting research and a list of properties that have been researched and have reports available for viewing. The website presents customers with an online view of their report as well as the ability to export their report to a customized PDF document. This is an advanced feature done using PHP classes. The owner's log in on this website features a powerful calculation page that allows them to do research on real estate properties. The website does ALL of the calculations required to determine the current market value. It also allows the owner to see newly submitted properties as well as properties which have not had their fees paid. It also provides the owner with a search tool to find any property in the websites extensive MySQL database. All property information is stored for the owner in this database and is therefore easily accessible anywhere and anytime for them.
The design of this webpage is based off of a template picked by they owner. They brought the template to us and we modified it to fit exactly what they wanted. A link to the template's designer is available on every page of the website where the modified template is used.
Crosstown Property Investments, LLC is a real estate company that relies heavily on internet advertising, research, and networking. Their main page is not strictly informative of them and their services but also features an extensive form which allows visitors to submit property information to the company. The site features several interactive features allowing visitors to contact and interact with the company. Navigation is through a menu on the left side which spawns new options when a user holds their mouse over an available option. There is a dynamic feature below the navigation menu that scrolls through some of the companies testimonials while a visitor is viewing their page. In addition to this website, AJK Web Solutions also created a very dynamic and in depth back office login page for the companies employees and independent representatives. It allows representatives to login and submit new properties as well as view the status of properties they already submitted. Several extensive databases were created for the company to log, track, and maintain their large volume of properties. This website was a very large project for AJK Web Solutions and turned out much better than expected.
Community in Christ is a small church in Arvada, Colorado. They were one of the first to receive the full services offered by AJK Web Solutions. Their website features a unique flash navigation menu on the left side that expands and collapses as users navigate through it. The website introduces the church, its members, and its beliefs. There is a members sections as well as several picture galleries of church events. The Site also uses MySQL databases to display lists of sermons, upcoming events, and even members. The Template of the page was designed and created entirely by AJK Web Solutions. This is only one example of our work.
